Delivery And Returns

Curious about how we deliver IPA to your door? Here’s where you can find all of our shipping and delivery information.

All of our deliveries are done through the shipping carrier, DPD. At this time, we can only fulfill orders for UK residents. For baskets under £50, we’ll charge you a flat rate of £5 to ship your order. For baskets over that £50 threshold, your beer will ship for free. Typically, you can expect to receive your beer in two to three business days. If there is a delay we will do our best to contact you, but, as we use external carriers to make our deliveries, we cannot offer an absolutely guaranteed service. 

To ensure you receive your product properly, we ask that someone must be there to sign for its delivery. If you aren’t going to be home at the time of arrival, we can happily leave it in a safe place or with a neighbor - please just specify this in the delivery instructions. If you opt out of signature for delivery, please note that your product will not be insured against loss or damage upon arrival. 

Looking to make a return? Here’s how.

We’re so sorry that your product did not work out for you :(. We’ll gladly help you return your item. To get started, please give us a shout through our contact us page. Once we receive your inquiry, a customer service rep will be in touch with you, and will guide you through the returns process. From there, we’ll generate a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product to our warehouse. Once we receive the product, we’ll refund you for the cost of the item plus whatever you paid for shipping. Please allow one billing cycle for your refund to appear in your account.
