Q: When can I expect my item?

A: Once your order is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email. This means that we are processing your order. Next, you’ll receive a confirmation once your order is dispatched with an estimated delivery date. Your package will be delivered via the courier DPD, and will usually arrive within 4 business days. During peak times like Black Friday, though, we are inundated with orders, and lead times can sometimes take a little longer. Thank you in advance for your patience.


Q: Do you deliver on weekends?

A: Not at this time… perhaps in the future!


Q: How much will shipping cost?

A: For orders under £50, shipping will cost £5. Orders over £50 will ship for free :)


Q: How can I return my Goose Island beer?

A: We’re so sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your beer please contact us and we’ll make it right.


Q: How can I return my Goose Island merchandise?

A: We’ll accept returns of unworn, or unused merchandise. Please use our contact us form to initiate your return. From there, we’ll send you a prepaid return label over email. Once we receive your item, we’ll initiate your refund. 


Q: Can I exchange my Goose Island apparel for a different size?

A: You sure can! Using our contact us form, give us a shout, and we’ll begin the exchange process for you. Hopefully the new item will fit you better!

Q: I’m under 18, but I’d like to buy a non-alcoholic item, like a beanie or a t-shirt. Am I able to do that?

A: Thanks for your interest, but we cannot sell any item to a minor. Better luck next time- come back in a few years!
