Peering into the haze

While the history of brewing tells of an ever-stronger desire for crystal clear perfection, many recent beers have bucked the trend by being proudly cloudy.

The pursuit of ever hoppier beers are the culprit. Brewers experimented with dry hopping schedules that created ”juicy” fruit notes and a soft bitterness of around 25 IBU; a new way to imagine IPAs.

These cloudy newcomers are typically brewed with modern hop varieties that impart a pronounced tropical, sweet citrus and stone-fruit flavour and this bundle is a mouthwatering example of the style.
