We’ll show our age here, but we were among the first to brew craft beer in America. And since 1990, our classic IPA recipe has barely changed. Why would it, when it’s deftly balanced, but still packs a dry-hopped piney, citrussy punch? As you’ll taste, it’s an untouchable classic for good reason.
Midway Session IPA is the other half of our IPA mix pack. This beer joined the fold later on, and with it brought the tropical aroma and flavour you’d love to sit down with for a long afternoon. Hops wise, we’re looking at Mosaic’s pink grapefruit with a hint of Hallertau spice. Midway is lower alcohol, with a lighter malt body. But it still delivers big-time on flavour.
